The website  www.stemmacosmetics.gr  (hereinafter referred to as the «website») is an online store of the company Zein IKE, accessible by all internet users.

The purpose of the terms of use is to create obligations and rights for both parties with respect to online transactions. The terms of use apply to all the necessary steps in order for the user to carry out the order, and of course to receive confirmation of it.

The company's website offers for sale perfumes, candles and fragrances, cosmetics and make-up (hereinafter referred to as products) for all internet users (hereinafter referred to as users) who log on to the website and wish to be directly informed about the products offered by our company, in combination with the possibility of making purchases through the e-shop, always subject to the sufficiency of the company's stocks.

Users/purchasers must be at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity. The products are intended for the personal use of the purchaser only and not for resale.

Placing an order through the website constitutes a distance selling contract regulated by the legal framework of Law 2251/1994, as amended.

You can place a valid order through the website if you are legally competent in accordance with the articles of the Greek Civil Code, (provided you have reached the eighteenth year of age and you are not under legal representation for the conclusion of a sales contract). Orders may also be placed by representatives of legal entities, while the company reserves the right to demand that any orders placed by legally incompetent persons be made by the supervisor or guardian.

How do I make a purchase: You can buy products from the www.stemmacosmetics.gr  easily by following the steps below:

  1. Use the categories: Perfumes, Perfumes, Candles and Room Fragrances, Cosmetics and Makeup to find the item you are looking for.
  2. Once you find the product you want to buy, select the size and click on ‘ADD TO CART’.
  3. View the products you have selected by clicking on the SHOPPING CART link, right at the top of the page. You can add or delete items from your shopping cart. Click ‘CHECK OUT’ to complete your order.

What are the payment methods: Payment can be made either by cash on delivery (for shipments within Greece), or by bank transfer to the company's bank account.

Do I need to register to make a purchase: No you can order from  www.stemmacosmetics.gr  without opening an account.

Mission Information: Orders are shipped from the company's warehouses in Thessaloniki, from Monday to Friday, from 10am- 6pm. Orders received by the company from 6pm on Friday to 9am on Monday will be fulfilled on Monday morning. Our company's primary goal is to have orders executed within 24 hours, however, there is a possibility that the order execution time may change depending on any delays that may occur. The estimated delivery time is calculated from the day the transport company receives the order from our warehouses. Our company is not responsible for any delays that may be caused by the transport companies.

Shipment Charges and Delivery Time Table: Below is a table that determines the shipping costs to different countries and the delivery time. If your country is not included in the options below, you should contact the company.

Returns policy: If you are not satisfied with the order received, in terms of the correctness of the execution, the products can be returned within 7 working days and replaced. Please follow the instructions below for the product return procedure:

  1. Contact by e-mail at info@stemmacosmetics.gr within seven working days of receipt of your order to receive the special code & return form (Returns Merchandise Authorization). Please indicate the product codes (as well as the order code) you wish to return, as well as any other details described in more detail in the ‘Returns Policy’!
  2. Refunds must be made via ACS, as indicated in the reply e-mail you will receive. Please contact your local ACS branch to arrange for immediate collection of your products.
  3. Refunds will only be accepted if our company does not
  4. has to send the right product. All shipping costs of the returned product
  5. of the product shall be borne by the customer.
  6. The products must be returned within seven working days from the date of the
  7. receipt of the special code & return form (Returns Merchandise
  8. Authorization).

THE RETURNED PRODUCTS MUST :

  1. Not used or tampered with in any way.
  2. They must be in their original packaging and in the same excellent condition in which you received them together with the retail receipt and including the special markings of the product and all accompanying accessories if any (company labels, brochures etc.).
  3. Make sure that the packaging of the returned product is in good condition to avoid any damage that may occur during transport.
  4. The return of the product must be accompanied by the special return form which you will receive via e-mail from us.

NOTE THAT :

  • No changes or refunds will be made to the promotional products!
  • In cosmetics and beauty products changes are not accepted and no refunds are accepted!
  • Perfumes are accepted only if the original packaging has not been opened!

The present terms are fully compatible with the applicable European and Greek law, while users acknowledge the company's right to change the provisions of the present terms, insofar as they do not concern legally binding obligations and without affecting final situations.

The user of the website acknowledges that he/she has read these terms, agrees with them and undertakes to comply with them.
