The journey continues towards the Atlantic Ocean, to see a posh city, that of New York. Crossing the seas on a cruise ship, this journey takes us back to the 1920s.

A warm breeze follows the dusk. The long-awaited party begins at a luxury villa on Long Island. As limousines arrive in the mansion's gardens, the sound of crystal glasses clinking together fills the air.

At first the cocktails taste like cinnamon with lemon and a hint of sweet peach. Jazz plays in the ballroom. Blooming tuberose fills the room as the aromas of the guests emerge. The scene is made even more impressive by the bartender as he combines pleasant notes of caramel and vanilla in the shaker.
