Returns policy

If you are not satisfied, with the order received, in terms of the correctness of the execution alone, the products can be returned within 7 working days, and replaced by the correct ones. Please follow the instructions below for the product return procedure:

Contact by e-mail at info@stemmacosmetics.gr within seven working days of receipt of your order to receive the special code & return form (Returns Merchandise Authorization). Please include all of the following information:

  1. Full name
  2. E-mail
  3. Phone
  4. Order code
  5. Order date
  6. Name of Product: Product Code
  7. Quantity
  8. Reason you want the return (Error in the execution of the order - Defective Product)
  9. The product has been opened or not
  10. Further observations

Refunds must be made via ACS, as indicated in the reply e-mail you will receive. Please contact your local ACS branch to arrange for immediate collection of your products.

Refunds will only be accepted if our company does not have the correct product to ship. All shipping costs of the returned product are borne by the customer.

Products must be returned within seven working days of receipt of the special code & return form (Returns Merchandise Authorization).

THE RETURNED PRODUCTS MUST :

  1. Not used or tampered with in any way.
  2. They must be in their original packaging and in the same excellent condition in which you received them together with the retail receipt and including the special markings of the product and all accompanying accessories if any (company labels, brochures etc.).
  3. Make sure that the packaging of the returned product is in good condition to avoid any damage that may occur during transport.
  4. The return of the product must be accompanied by the special return form which you will receive via e-mail from us.
