According to ancient Greek mythology, the first fig tree was created when the Titan Sceas was turned into it by his mother Gaia to save him from Zeus' wrath.

Athenian is a creation based on Figuier, one of Heeley's first fragrances. Here the emphasis is on the special wood of fig. Cool, green aquatic notes balance with the warm notes of sandalwood, musk and amber.
