How long does it take to receive my order?;
The delivery time depends on your location. Usually, orders are shipped within 1-2 business days and delivery is within 3-5 business days for domestic orders. For overseas deliveries, the time may vary depending on the country.
What is the difference between eau de toilette, eau de parfum and parfum?;
The main differences between Eau de Toilette (EDT), Eau de Parfum (EDP) and Perfume related to the concentration of the aromatic oil and the Duration of the perfume on the skin. Here's what each term means:
1. Eau de Toilette (EDT)

Concentration of aromatic oils: ~5-15%

Duration3-5 hours

Features: Lighter, fresher, ideal for everyday use and warmer weather. Often has a more intense opening (top notes) and less duration at the base (base notes).
2. eau de parfum (EDP)

Concentration of aromatic oils: ~15-20%

Duration: 5-8 hours (or more)

Features: More intense and richer than the EDT, with a longer lasting finish. Suitable for afternoon/evening use or for winter days.
3. Extrait de Parfum (or Parfum)

Concentration of aromatic oils: ~20-40%

Duration: 8-12 hours (or more)

Features: The most condensed and often the most accurate form. More “deep”, complex and with a strong presence. Used in small quantities because of the intensity.
Can I return the perfume if I don't like it?;
If you are not satisfied, with the order received, in terms of the correctness of the execution alone, the products can be returned within 7 working days, and replaced by the correct ones.
Are there perfume samples before purchase?;
With every purchase, we offer you 4 free samples of your choice, which you can write in the comments during checkout.
If you want to try some perfumes before buying them you can contact us by phone.
How can I track my order?;
All our shipments are made through our exclusive partner ACS COURIER. Once you have completed your order through our E-Shop, you will receive a confirmation mail.
Once the order is completed by us and shipped by ACS, you will receive a mail indicating the tracking number of your order.
